Drew (owner) called back within a couple of hours after finishing another job, came to our house to size up our problems, and took care of everything efficiently, cheerfully, and professionally. Upon leaving for work one morning and activating the garage door opener, the garage door bounced up and down several times with minimal travel. Investigation showed a broken door spring. We contacted Door Tech. Drew came to see what springs needed replacing. His schedule was full, but he came the next evening on his way home after a long work day. He got the door operating in 35 minutes! Thank you Door Tech and thank you Drew for going beyond normal to rectify our issue. We highly recommend Door Tech. Thank you!

We have used Door tech twice now and the service has been outstanding. On Sunday it was 10° snowing and and no power, the garage door came off it’s rollers. I called them Monday morning and explained the problem. By Monday evening the garage door was back up and running and it was 160 miles round-trip for them. Would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Door Tech. We have been thinking of a new garage door for awhile and decided it would be great to have it done this year before winter set in. I contacted Doug and he was out at our house in just a couple hours. Had an estimate that evening. They color matched the door to our home perfectly! The installation was impeccable. It will be so nice not to have the wind and snow coming thru to the garage. We can already tell the difference with the installed door. We couldn’t be happier with the Raynor Aspen Series! This business knows what real customer service is!! Building a home is extremely stressful and working with the right people who want your business is refreshing in Bozeman!

Door Tech installed a new garage door and opener for us and we couldn’t be happier. Door Tech is an amazing company and their customer service it top notch. If I could give them a higher rating, I would. Their employees carry the same approach to customer service as the owners. That tells me that the owners have set the tone for the company and it is clear that they treat their employees with the same kindness and appreciation that they treat customers. Our garage door came off the tracks and was looking dead and buried. It was fully open and cold outside. Called another company and they said they could see us in a week.
